can't sleep throught out the night

feeling so bored and so tried every night Can't close my eyes and sleep, feel like watching a movie or doing something to make myself more tired and ignore everything. Sigh maybe i eat too much or too long never exercise, so that's why not easy to get tired... not like last time always club on weekend and exercise everyday like back to hell day.
After a week of light duty, my hand still feeling weak, can't even carry a 1/2kg of things or even twist. how long is my hand going to heal? i hate this feeling and hate to be so weakly. now everyday is just eat and sleep. so relax that till i felt lazy on doing anythings. what a meaningless life.
